One of the things about being intentional is that it takes work. Work to stay present amid all the chaos of modern life, work to stay present to your own thoughts and emotions, present to everything that is going on in the moment.
I don't know about you, but I fail at this ALL THE TIME!!! M is better at this than me, to be sure. He is my ultimate teacher!!! LOL So, in this moment, thank you for being here with us.
